We are looking for a creative mastermind that will fill up the shoes of a mentor, true collaborator, and autonomous conceptual thinker. With an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach, you’ll enjoy rolling up your sleeves and leading through actions (and by example to your peers). You will be taking the creative lead role in projects from an idea and concept phase, through execution, all the way to the outcome that satisfies you, the team, and the client. You will be at the heart of generating ideas and bringing them to life, as well as supporting your teams’ growth.

What will you do

You will lead, manage, and inspire our creative team of designers, copywriters, motion/video designers, all while working alongside the other creative director, analysts, strategists, business developers, and account teams to construct and translate creative briefs and story themes into a compelling experience across all consumer touch points including strategy and brand development.

As Creative Director, you will ensure that the level of creative superpowers rises to _Admind’s proven standards and that the needs of the clients are exceeded. We see your role essential for the development of our designers — you will be free to shape, lead, and guide them to raise their skills and talents to the highest potential. You’ll also work across all aspects of the business to activate brand messages, utilizing your leadership and communication skills.

  • Effectively guide the client and team members to the strongest solutions through smart branding strategies, creative decision making, and leadership.

  • Independently lead the creative teams, providing support, mentorship, and feedback, motivating, inspiring, and enhancing their development, all while giving them creative direction.

  • Understand the client and their brand needs and requirements. 

  • Be the innovation disruptor within the ways of working with the team and the client.

  • Drive true collaboration among all teams, creative directors and customers.  

  • Build a team of creative talent, oversee their learning and development plans.

  • Guide and mentor creative team members through their strengths and help them grow out of their weaknesses.

  • Deliver superior quality work that meets business objectives while being distinctive in the industry. Develop strategy and storytelling with ideas that break through and command attention.

  • Demonstrate hunger, passion, and tenacity; you don’t wait for a green light, you go out and do.

Who you are

You are a professional with background in design, creative strategy, and have intimate knowledge of digital design media. You are a skilled storyteller with a deep understanding of what is shaping culture locally and globally and ability to transform this knowledge into the finest brand strategy. You have your finger on the pulse of the signals of change that will shape the trends in the world of design, art, film, and music while being creatively nimble. You have a proven track record of mentoring and motivating teams and communicating effectively. In the world of branding, you helped to build or grow global brands in a direct partnership with clients.

What you have

  • 10 years’ experience at a creative agency, branding agency, or design studio, with at least 5 years’ experience building and leading creative teams;

  • At least 3 years’ experience with digital design media;

  • Proven track record of working closely with customers and leading projects, especially in digital media and campaigns across a wide variety of industry sectors by linking creative strategy to client objectives;

  • Ambition to push yourself and your team beyond the traditional lines, being agile, adaptable, and able to work around roadblocks;

  • Superb presentation and communication skills, bringing charisma and passion to pitch ideas to both the client and internal stakeholders;

  • Ability to creatively thrive under pressure and tight deadlines;

  • Active passion for creativity and digital technology;

  • Diverse portfolio with lots of digital projects in it;

  • Readiness to business trips;

  • Fluency in English.
