Displate, founded in 2013 in Poland, is a global e-commerce platform where content creators have a new way to sell their designs and where everyone can buy uncommon products with graphics they love.

We are growing rapidly, we received The Hottest Startup in Poland Award by Tech5 and are planning to conquer the galaxy now! Sounds cool, doesn't it?

We are looking for a Superhero now who will reinforce our creative team and will make sure that even more people, who live and breathe a good design, will be able to enjoy our displates. Join the movement as a:

 

Creative Graphic Designer 

(Warsaw City Centre)

You will be responsible for:

  • working on and creating marketing materials (digital marketing campaigns for SM platforms, newsletters, mailings, banners, website’s graphic elements, printed materials, offers and presentations, etc)  in coordination with Art Director, Departament Coordinator as well as other departments within the company;

  • preparing branded materials - we talking splashing our designs and branded elements on gadgets, new office spaces or event gear but also serious stuff like business cards or doc templates;

  • support other departments with presentations and other documents and/or projects;

  • Being creative :) we seek people with passion for new and inconvenient ways of solving a problem.

 

We expect from you to:

  • have a minimum 3 years experience in marketing graphic design; would be awesome if you worked in an ad agency before;

  • know how to work with brandbook;

  • know the tricks of Adobe CC, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; as well as After Effect on at least basic level;

  • know the solutions to rock hard issues of digital marketing design, or at least willing to actively seek out the solutions;

  • create a lot of KVs and visuals, so concept design skills are a must; 

  • be able working within a team, but can organise yourself well enough to meet deadlines and project owner’s expectations;

  • have at least some idea of preparing files for printing;

  • be pixel perfect ;) 

  • easily take feedbacks and willing to cooperate and working through it;

  • read, write, talk and understand English very well (min. B2); 

  • have a good sense of humor ;) 

  • having basic skills in animation will be an advantage;
